ADLIGAN Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 19, 2026
ADLIGAN ("ADLIGAN," "we," "us," or "our") provides an AI assistant that helps real estate professionals manage client follow-up, prepare documents, and create content, delivered through a messaging interface. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
This policy applies to the ADLIGAN web portal, the ADLIGAN assistant, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
ADLIGAN is operated by ADLIGAN, located in British Columbia, Canada. For any privacy-related questions or requests, contact us at support@adligan.ai.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to provide the Service.
2.1 Account information
When you sign up, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider. We use this to create and secure your account and to identify your workspace.
2.2 Assistant configuration
To set up your assistant, you provide information such as your assistant's name, an introduction describing your business and working style, your goals, and your markets or areas of focus. This information configures how your assistant behaves on your behalf.
2.3 Connected accounts (integrations)
The Service lets you connect third-party accounts so your assistant can act on your behalf. When you connect an account, you authorize ADLIGAN to access specific data from that service. We currently support, or plan to support, integrations across categories including:
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms — to look up and manage your contacts, leads, notes, and tasks.
- Professional and social networking platforms — to read your basic profile information and, with your approval, publish content to your own account on your behalf.
- Communication and productivity tools — such as email and calendar services you may choose to connect.
For each connected account, we store the access credentials (such as OAuth tokens or API keys) needed to perform the actions you have authorized. These credentials are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect any account at any time, which deletes the stored credentials for that account.
We only access the data and perform the actions covered by the permissions you grant when connecting an account. For example, connecting a social networking account with posting permission allows your assistant to prepare draft posts and, after your explicit approval, publish them to your account — it does not grant access to your private messages or other data beyond what the permission scope you authorized allows.
2.4 Content you create
We store content generated through the Service, such as draft messages, draft social posts, and documents you ask your assistant to prepare, together with the status of those items (for example, whether a post is a draft, awaiting your approval, or published).
2.5 Messaging information
The assistant is delivered through a third-party messaging channel. To deliver messages to you, we store an identifier for your messaging account and the credentials for the assistant's messaging bot. We use these solely to send and receive messages between you and your assistant.
2.6 Usage and technical information
We collect limited operational information needed to run and maintain the Service, such as logs of system events, assistant activity, and usage volume. We use this to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service;
- Configure and run your assistant according to your settings;
- Perform the actions you authorize through connected accounts (for example, looking up a contact in your CRM, or publishing a social post you have approved);
- Deliver messages between you and your assistant;
- Secure the Service, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems;
- Improve and develop the Service.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the content of your connected accounts for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties except as described in this policy.
4. Publishing and actions taken on your behalf
Some integrations allow your assistant to take actions on your behalf, such as publishing content to a connected social account. Actions that publish content publicly or send messages to your clients require your explicit approval before they occur. Your assistant may prepare a draft, but the draft is not published until you approve it through a confirmation step. We do not auto-publish content or send client-facing messages without your approval.
5. How we share information
We share information only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers. We use trusted third-party providers to host and operate the Service — for example, cloud hosting, database hosting, authentication, and AI model providers that process assistant requests. These providers process information on our behalf and are bound to protect it.
- Connected services. When you authorize an integration, we exchange the necessary information with that third-party service to perform the actions you requested (for example, sending an approved post to a connected social account). Your use of those third-party services is also governed by their own privacy policies.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of ADLIGAN, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. If ADLIGAN is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction; we will provide notice as required by law.
We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
6. AI processing
The Service uses third-party AI models to generate drafts, summaries, and responses. To do this, relevant information (such as your assistant configuration and the content of your requests) is sent to our AI model provider for processing. ADLIGAN uses OpenAI through a ChatGPT Pro subscription account dedicated to each tenant. Data controls are configured so that content is excluded from model training.
6.1 Google API data and Limited Use
Adligan's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google user data, whether raw, aggregated, or derived, is never used to create, train, or improve foundational or generalized AI or machine-learning models. It is shared with OpenAI solely to generate responses at the user's request through that tenant's dedicated ChatGPT Pro subscription account, under terms and data controls that prohibit using the content for model training.
7. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you disconnect an integration, we delete the stored credentials for that integration. When you close your account or request deletion, we delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain it for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypting sensitive credentials (such as OAuth tokens and API keys) at rest, restricting access to systems that hold your data, and isolating each customer's runtime environment. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.
9. Your choices and rights
You have control over your information:
- Disconnect integrations. You can disconnect any connected account at any time from the ADLIGAN portal, which deletes the stored credentials for that account.
- Access, correction, and deletion. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at support@adligan.ai.
- Account closure. You may request closure of your account, after which we delete or anonymize your personal information as described in Section 7.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws (such as the GDPR or CCPA), including the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@adligan.ai.
10. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms that you choose to connect, including CRM, professional and social networking, communication, and productivity services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. When you connect an account, your use of that platform remains governed by its own privacy policy and terms, and we encourage you to review them.
11. International data transfers
We operate the Service using infrastructure that may be located in countries other than your own. Where we transfer personal information across borders, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in accordance with applicable law.
12. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for use by real estate professionals and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
